The National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF) was established in 1985. They commit to advancing the equal rights of consenting adults engaging in alternative sexual and relationship expressions. Primarily, they focus on affecting this change in politics, legislation, and the social environment in the US. The NCSF provides direct services to the BDSM-Leather-Fetish, Swing, and Polyamory Communities. Additionally, they give education, advocacy, and outreach, in conjunction with their partners. Their partners include local organizations whose goals align with theirs. They do this to better be able to assist with diversity and inclusion, whilst assisting the local organizations in the process.

Additionally, their blog covers a wide array of topics pertaining to polyamory, BDSM, Leather, and fetish lifestyles. Kink and polyamory aware professionals can add themselves to the directory as well, for free.
