The Lilith Fund for Reproductive Equity is the oldest abortion fund in Texas. Currently, they have been assisting with promoting reproductive equity for over 20 years. They serve the central and southern regions of our state. Lilith Fund provides financial assistance and emotional support. Additionally, they do this while building community spaces for people who need abortions in Texas—unapologetically, with compassion and conviction. Prior to Roe v. Wade being overturned, Lilith Fund assisted with funding abortion services and providing free resources at the micro-level.
Unfortunately, they are unable to directly facilitate funding abortions presently. Despite this, they are still assisting as best they can while still abiding by all legal requirements. They have developed sister sites to assist Texans at the local level with acquiring needed reproductive services. They focus on helping underrepresented communities with greater need. Spanish translation services are available as well, to better serve the greater need of Texans.
